CUSTOMER INTELLIGENCE FOR RETENTION AGENCIES

Know who to win back.
And what to send.

Your clients already have a loyalty program. I turn its data into clear retention decisions for agencies serving multi-location brands.

Loyalty, POS and email data, joined into one customer view with privacy built into the method. See who’s drifting, understand the signal, and decide what to do next.

Start with one client. Delivered by LucidDataMind.

FROM THE SANDBOXSample data

Evan is drifting.

A change in visit cadence becomes a decision your agency can act on.

THE SIGNAL

TRY THE WORK, BEFORE WE TALK

A working example of what your client’s data could become.

The sandbox uses fictional members and sample transactions. Explore customer signals in the Intelligence tab, inspect a member’s history, and try a purchase or reward redemption.

Client work starts with the systems and exports they already have. Available data and the assessment determine what we can build.

WORK WITH WHAT YOUR CLIENT ALREADY RUNS

Connect the data.
Give the agency a next move.

01 / MATCH

Known identifiers. Clear coverage.

Match on loyalty ID, email and phone using agreed exact-match rules. Report unmatched records and data gaps. No fuzzy identity matching.

02 / UNDERSTAND

Find the people behind the pattern.

Use purchase history, visit cadence and engagement to identify retention opportunities across locations. Show the evidence behind each recommendation.

03 / ACT

Make the next campaign more specific.

Define who to reach, why now and what to offer. Your agency owns the creative, the client relationship and the decision to send.

PRIVACY IN THE METHOD

Useful intelligence.
Less identity in the analysis.

Personal data is stripped at ingest by default. Analysis runs on hashed keys and aggregates, without plaintext identity in the analytical view.

When the deliverable needs an addressable audience, identity is rejoined only at the final delivery step, with sensitive fields encrypted at rest. Access and delivery are scoped to the engagement.

THE FIRST ENGAGEMENT

A 3-day data assessment.
One client. A clear direction.

Bring a client name, the systems they use, and the retention question you want to answer. We agree on scope, access and timing before the assessment begins.

01

Map what you have

Review one client’s available loyalty, POS and email exports. Check the identifiers, coverage and gaps before promising a result.

02

Find the retention opportunity

Assess what the data can tell us about visit cadence, repeat purchases and customers who may be drifting.

03

Leave with a practical next step

Get a readout of what is usable, what is missing, and the scope for a first audience or customer-intelligence build.

Book a 3-day data assessment

Request the assessment through the LucidDataMind contact form.
The three-day window starts once scope and data access are agreed.

FROM THE FOUNDER

LucidDataMind

You work directly with the person who builds it.

“I built LucidLoyalty to make customer intelligence tangible. I work with your agency to understand the data, verify what it can support, and build something your team can use. I scope the work, build the solution and explain the gaps myself.”
